White leather dominates the majority of the upper, while Photo Blue hints appear in the form of the Swoosh border, the Air Max unit, the outsole, the midfoot among other sections. Where does this Air Griffey Max II colorway ranks amongst its predecessors?
The Nike Air Griffey Max II was the first shoe to debut the Griffey Swingman logo in 1997. The Air Griffey Max II features black nubuck on the upper with hits of white on the tongue, midsole and side panel. The outsole is ready for the sidewalk or baseball diamond with a visible Air Max unit in the heel and forefoot.
The “Freshwater” colorway is based on the original Mariners’ uniforms by highlighting the shoe with Northwest Green detailing. The Swingman, Nike logos, heel Nike Air Maxes unit, carbon fiber decorated heel wrap, as well as portions of the outsole are given the “Freshwater” treatment for maximum impact and style.
The Air Griffey Max II in the OG Freshwater colorway will be one of the hottest releases of the year is slated for an official release this 23rd, but you can grab them a bit early at nike run shoe store.

From the Nike Sportswear Hyperfuse collection comes this Air Max 1 set in black, grey and blue. The shoe of course takes the classic Nike Air Maxes 1 silhouette, but swaps out the typical leather or textile upper in favor of Nike’s tri-layered Hyperfuse mesh, which drastically reduces weight while increasing breathability and maintaining stability and support. The Air Max 1 is only one of many classic Nike models that will get the Hyperfuse treatment this summer, including the Dunk High, Air Max 90 and Air Force 1 High.
No surprise, considering the nikes shoes is incredibly lightweight and has Zoom cushioning for comfort. This new colorway of the Hyperfuse is actually a sample colorway we showed you in late May, but is now finally available for purchase.

The Nike Air Max Uptempo has made its way to the public eye in quite a few colorways this year, and now it younger sibling, the Nike Air Max Uptempo 2, looks to get a little shine also.
